'ModernMarketPlace' was born from an earnest vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza within London. The Romano lineage, originating from 1985, initiated our pizza shop as a quaint, familial operation, drawing from ancestral recipes.
Marco Romano, the progenitor, honed her pizza crafting skills throughout her Italian voyages, receiving mentorship from Neapolitan pizza connoisseurs. Returning to the UK, her mission was to bring forth the essence of legitimate Italian pizza, upholding the classic methodologies and procuring unsurpassed quality provisions.
From an intimate 12-seater pizzeria, we've matured into a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our resolve towards superior quality and genuine experience remains steadfast. Old-fashioned wood-fired oven practices and daily fresh dough preparation endure, alongside sourcing top-tier ingredients.
Presently, 'ModernMarketPlace' continues under family jurisdiction, with the second Romano generation shepherding our zealous crew. Even with modern adaptations, our core proposal stays true: providing scrumptious, bona fide pizza that unites our patrons.
